想法
形成套路
不管是业务领域的程序设计(比如我就是可视化库和功能的领域)，还是诸如写 CSS 这种细节的实施上，最高效的方式都是对你的工作内容进行抽象，形成套路。
方法论、代码框架、组件，从广义上讲，都属于套路。
比如这次龚柯一天做了 N 个 ETF 的页面，这效率超出大家预期，原因就在于：
他经验丰富，有自己的工作套路和代码库
各种现成的组件积累
别做前端通用组件
如果有的选择，千万别做前端基础组件，你是无法满足所有人的！
前端这种视觉系的工种，每个业务都不一样，都喜欢搞差异化，而一旦你不满足一个业务方的需求，他们就会喷你。
文档的重要性
有鉴于本周和 ETF F10 的battle沟通，让我意识到文档的重要性可能比我之前想的更大。
需要尽快编写《如何快速复制 AI F10》的文档，包括：
1、AIGC 的 AI 体现在什么地方？能解决什么问题？用 AI 和不用 AI 的区别是什么？AI 哪些能做、哪些不能做？
2、全流程是什么？架构图是什么样的？
3、需要几个模型？每个的定位是什么？
4、模型的输入输出是什么？
5、可视化/业务团队的定位是什么？怎么样和模型组的算法工程师沟通？需要提供什么内容给模型？
6、业务方需要准备哪些内容？比如上次 ETF F10 开会提到的，业务方必须要做的一些基建
7、业务方进行 AIGC 改造，大致的策略、里程碑和耗时是怎么样的？
这些内容需要写成文章发到同学圈，这既能帮助我梳理 AIGC 产品的开发流程，同时也可以让业务方和我们沟通的时候能够高效一些，明确好各自的职责，还能提升团队和个人的影响力，是一举多得的事情。
另外这次和 ETF 的合作中间出现了很多问题，其中的思考和方案也需要梳理成文档，这部分也是宝贵的经验，可以作为后续和业务方battle沟通的参考。
多站起来，少坐下去
我发现站起来精神要好一些。
而且站起来对于我伤口也有好处。
放松的日子
现在还会时不时回忆起去年那个晚上，走在卢森堡的公路上的场景，远在异国他乡，十分放松。不像现在，哪怕是周末，还是感觉有数不尽的事情朝你蜂拥而来，心理上就很压抑。
