Go to bed early

In the first two days, I went to bed very late. Then I felt so tired in the next day. My head and my arms were uncomfortable.

Lack of sleep makes me lack of energe and unefficient.

Learning by teaching

It’s my order to hold the share meeting this week. I spent much time to prepare the PPT. I have searched so many articles and I got much knowledge during the work.

When I told then to my colleagues, I noticed what I was not understood. Then I read more book to grasp it. It helped me much.

Reading once more

When I read a book the first time, I could not make everything clear. Then after I have taken some exercie and read it again, I found it different. I can understand it clear.

Don’t leave problems up overnight

The problems are limited. You fix one, less is left.
