Meetings are necessary

Where there are enough meetings, there will be a better team.

Recently, we have met so many problems when working with other business teams. We provide data-visualization charts to them, but many problems emerged. Such as we didn’t implement the paradigms
designed by the paradigm designers.

Today we held a meeting to summarise these problems in order to get things better. The result is good, we have made many strategies.

In the past, we haven’t held enough meetings to discuss the problems. Maybe it is the reason why our team gets worse and worse.

The most worth investing skill

最值得投入的是对其他人产生影响力的能力。人类的进化比机器软硬件的进化都要慢很多，在你的一生里甚至可以假设人类是不进化的。跟每年都诞生新技术的前端比，跟人打交道的技术正好是相反的，学会之后用一辈子。

当然这种技术不可能只有优点没有缺点。正因为它不会迅速往前演化，如果别人已经积累得比你多，你是很难弯道超车的。反过来好像前端这种潮流年年变的，你错过了过去几年的知识其实没有错过多少东西，其他人跟你一样要从零开始学习今年最新最潮的技术，他们的积累只能让他们学习得快一些。

Learning is exciting

I went to bed very late last night and got up early today, but I was full of energy when I started learning Unity in the morning.

Learning will make me exciting because I can get much positive feedback from it.
