I’m not so important
I had a kidney stone at Monday’s night, so I couldn’t go to work on Tuesday. But everything is fine without me. At that moment, I found that I’m not as important as I thought. The world and the work would go as usual without me.
My wife spent all the night and the day around me. She took me to the hospital, took care of me during the curing. Nobody except her would pay so much attention to me.
I think I could spend more time with her, with my families. Life is not only working, but love.

信息可视化【Infographic（Information Graphic）】更注重艺术效果，它是具体化的、独立的、需要手工定制的。并没有任何一个可视化程序能够基于任一数据生成具体的图片并在上面标注解释性文字。
数据可视化【data visualization】的概念则不同，它具有更广的普适性，同一类图表并不会因为数据不同而改变自己的展现形式，用户通过对数据进行可视化的应用来搭建报表。制作人员大多隶属于战略规划部门或者业务部门，例如数据分析师、运营人员等等。
Weekly Meeting
We should talk about the progress, consequence, problems during this week, and make a plan for the next week. So weekly meeting is necessary.
We can make it like this: Every one hold the meeting one by one, the compere collects questions before the meeting and makes a list, so we could focus on these questions in the meeting. It would make the meeting more efficiently.
Work with team members
Discussing, solving problems, sharing thoughts. In a word, working with the team members.
That is the work what I want, and that is the work which can show up my value in the team.
I’m not clever enough
Let the right person do the right thing.
I’m an ordinary person, so I can’t do every thing well. If I take too much place in our team, we would be an ordinary team.
Give result to Boss, not the choices
Boss only decides yes or no, don’t give some choices to boss and let he decide which one is right.
Life is a marathon, the beginning is not so important
Keep running, even thought you fall behind at the beginning, you will get the final success.
