Communication is a skill

Most of skills can be improved by practice. Communication is not exceptional. So the reason of my poor communication is a lack of practice and technique.

Read some books about communication.

Take every chance to communicate with others.

The spirit of DP

DP means Dead Pig. As the saying goes,:

A dead pig is not afraid of boiling water.

Thinking yourself as a dead pig, then you will be not afraid of anything. Hierarchy, your leader, your boss, failures, scare of communication, all of them are not important now, the only thing is to achieve your goal.

Solving anxieties

• Get as much information as possible with the help of the DP spirit.
• Read, read, and read, improve yourself.
• Do not think too much, just make things simple.
