I read a nice article about advices for one’s career. The author writes some thoughts which I have thought about, but I haven’t thought them through. It gives me much inspires.

He has spanned many fields during his life. He used to be a machine learning engineer, managed a development and product team, created a meetup. He is a CEO of a startup company now.

The author’s resume is also very interesting. He uses a timeline to describe his experiences thought out his career. I am going to do the same.

What do I differ from the 20-year-olds’?

To think about what I should think about and to do what I should do in order to make me look like someone in my 30’s.

Our team likes a sword, we help other teams to visualize their data.

But I don’t want to be a normal weapon. I want to be an intelligential sword. I need to be more initiative.

How could I be more initiative?

I think I must love the industry what I am in. Only this can make me have enough experience about Internet Finance. Then I should know how to use our techniques and components to improve our products.

How to dive deeper into Front-End development?

Most of domestic technical articles are not very good. They are not diving into the in-depth principles.

If I want to be an expert in the field of Front-End development, how could I achieve the goal?

Learning is the basic thing, but maybe it is not the right thing. I should learn on the right way.

First, learn what will be used in the current.

Second, use it to create a product and let the product be used by as many users as possible.

Third, seek the principles of skills to make the product from finished to excellent.
