If I will die recently, what would be the reasons?
A lack of yield.
Lacking yield would be the only reason which will kill me.
How could I enhance the yield of our group?
I think the core point is human resource.
In our group, there are some great people who can shoulder a single business line, but there are also some people who work really badly.
I like freedom, so I don’t like manage anyone. I believe that freedom gives people creativity and makes them more efficiently. But there are two guys who don’t have ambitions at work. They won’t do any things unless I ask them to do it. Even I assign clear tasks to them, they always can’t get things done well. I have to take much attention on them to ensure the process is pushed forward normally. This is really a low ROI thing for me.
So if I want to get more yield, I must get more excellent colleagues and get rid of incompetent colleagues.
At this moment, management and recruiting are the most important things to me. I should spend enough time on them.

There is another problem for me: if I get rid of the incompetent colleagues, I must find someone to shoulder the jobs which were shouldered by the former colleagues.
I should take it seriously, especially for the important projects.
Taking precautions is better than run into emergencies.
