How to prepare for the leaving of colleagues?

If a colleague quit the job, we must take his work and make it continue moving forward.

I have thought out three strategies:

1、Make sure that a work must be done by more than two colleagues.

2、Accumulate documents for projects.

3、Code review.

How to make a nice PPT?

Compared with other people’s PPTs, I have found that they usually have their only styles, logos and layouts. Simpleness and clean is better than complexity.

Each page of the PPT should be the same style.

They also usually use many visualization elements in the PPT.

Sometimes animation is good, but at most of the time, it’s not necessary.

Why do I study D3Charts so slowly?

Why - Document - Use - Think, this is the right loop of learning a new technique.

I didn’t spend enough time on using it, so it’s normal that I’m not familiar about it.

Next, I should configure every setting of D3Charts so that I would master it quickly.

Are techniques important or not?

In China, techniques aren’t the critical factor to a company to survive.

Non-technical factors, such as financing capacity, are more important.

So if you want to get success, you must focus on profit, not techniques.

Techniques are just tools, profit is our ultimate goal.

Don’t waste your life!

I did nothing at this weekend.

I had make a plan before, but I didn’t follow it.

Don’t stay at home, go out to do something meaningful!

My time is already not enough now.

I can’t manage myself well, so I need to find someone to manage me. Who is he/she?

Flow

When I do thins which I like, I can quickly fall into the flow status. For example, gaming.

But when I do things which I don’t like to do, I am always easily distracted, and I will drag my feet then make it delay.

To finish a long walk is so hard for me, I should find some easy ways. Keep walking a short distance every day, if I can insist for a long time, I will definitely achieve my goal.

Take advantage of the power of habit.
