Input of English in daily life

My English is improved slowly. The reason may be that there isn’t enough input of English materials.

How many materials could I take as input in the daily life?

Listening

Online courses, such as ESLPOD.

Aimless listening can’t do any help for me. I need a teacher to show me the right way, to simplify materials, to make me effectively.

Speaking

Shadow reading, this is the only way for me now.

Reading

Books, they are very good because I can meet the same vocabularies frequently. I can also lean professional words and knowledge by books.

Listening materials. They could also be good reading materials. If I want to hear some sentences clearly, I must read and understand them clearly first.

Documents of technology. They are also called APIs. This way could only increase some vocabularies. It can give me a little help.
